About Me

I’m Mandy — a registered nurse, movement lover, and the heart behind my home-based reformer Pilates studio. After years caring for people in clinical practice, I learned just how much our bodies thrive when we move with purpose, kindness, and confidence.

My own journey into reformer Pilates began when I struggled with health issues. I wanted to feel stronger, more supported, and simply more comfortable in my body again. Reformer Pilates changed everything. I felt fitter, more open, and genuinely “stretched” in a way that eased my back discomfort and lifted my energy. It quickly became the kind of movement I looked forward to every day.

In my studio, I blend my nursing knowledge with friendly, encouraging reformer sessions that help you feel good in your body — whether you’re building strength, improving posture, or just wanting to move in a way that feels enjoyable and sustainable. I’m here to guide you with gentle motivation, personalised support, and a warm, welcoming space where progress feels natural.

Reformer Pilates has a beautiful history, too. It was created by Joseph Pilates, who designed the reformer to help injured soldiers and dancers regain strength and mobility through controlled, supportive movement. His belief that movement heals is exactly why I love teaching this method — it aligns perfectly with both my clinical background and my own experience of feeling stronger and more balanced.

I can’t wait to help you discover how good your body can feel.
